Regulations we comply with
SEOmator is built to meet the privacy laws that apply to our users worldwide.
GDPR (EU / UK)
We act as a data controller under the EU and UK GDPR and honor every data-subject right — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
CCPA
California residents can ask what personal data we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of their information.
CalOPPA
You can browse SEOmator anonymously, and our privacy policy is clearly labeled and easy to find — exactly as CalOPPA requires.
PCI-DSS
Card payments are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor. SEOmator never stores your card details.
Do Not Track
We honor browser Do Not Track signals and don't track, set cookies, or advertise when one is in place.
Children's privacy
SEOmator isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
Our sub-processors
The third-party providers that help us run SEOmator. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job.
This reflects the service providers named in our privacy policy.
How we protect your data
Practical measures that keep your information safe day to day.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS) with HSTS enforced, so data moving between your browser and SEOmator stays encrypted.
PCI-DSS payment handling
Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Data minimization
We collect only what the service needs — your name, email, and usage data — and nothing more.
You stay in control
Access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime by emailing hello@seomator.com. We also honor Do Not Track.
